The first season of “Agent Carter” has ended with a blast and now the upcoming season for this much-loved series is expected sooner.
We’ll be waiting for Agent Carter Season 2 on January 5, but what can we make of the first trailer for of Peggy’s life in Los Angeles? Coming Soon has added, Marvel’s Agent Carter returns for a second season of adventure and intrigue, starring Hayley Atwell in the titular role of the unstoppable secret agent for the SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve). Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will reclaim the Tuesday night timeslot for the second half of its third season starting March 8.
It was touch and go there for a while, but Marvel’s Agent Carter will return for a second season with (almost) all of the essential characters, and now it finally has a premiere date.
It was also recently announced that supporting cast for season two will include Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark, Bridget Regan as Dottie Underwood, Wynn Everett as Whitney Frost, Reggie Austin as Dr. Jason Wilkes, Currie Graham as Calvin Chadwick, Lotte Verbeek as Ana Jarvis, Lesley Boone as Rose, Ken Marino as mob boss Joseph Manfredi, and Kurtwood Smith as Vernon Masters.
The big change for Peggy in Season 2 is a different locale, as she’ll leave NY behind in favor of Los Angeles.

Amongst the samplings of Marvel and DC properties now available on cable, Agent Carter has set the bar in terms of thoughtful and stylish aesthetic, even if the narrative didn’t always live up to the handsome look of the series.
