Both the films are getting decent response at box office but still mostly audience preferring Akshay’s starrer over these. After Holiday, there have been no Akki films which have crossed the coveted 100 crore signal at the cash registers.

“Airlift” has not faced any major competition, with films like “Kya Kool Hain Hum 3”, “Mastizaade” and “Saala Khadoos” failing to ignite any magic at the box office. The total box office collections of the movie has now crossed Rs 102.

2016 looks to be promising for the Khiladi of Bollywood, Mr. Akshay Kumar. With that, the film has made a profit of 62.76 crores so far, taking its profit percentage at 156.90% at the Domestic Box Office. Opened with mixed reviews, “Airlift’ was highly liked by the audience”. The film features Akshay and Nimrat Kaur in the lead roles, while Feryna Wazheir, Purab Kohli, Lena, Kumud Mishra and Prakash Belawadi are playing the supporting characters.
