Ajay feels Drishyam can not do 150 crore business
According to reports the Singham actor who is gearing up for promotions of his upcoming film Drishyam was travelling to Delhi when he witnessed the uncomfortable sensation. Recently while promoting the film Drishyam at Delhi Ajay Devgn experienced breathlessness. The trailer, which is released in the past, already secured a positive talk and yet to be declared a hit in few two more days. When remakes are done the first thing that we have to think is of the sensibilities of the audience.

How did you bag a role in Drishyam? “Since the word-of-mouth is strong I will do it”. Taking that as a cue, one asked the powerhouse actress whether she was open to getting married. My character comes into play near the interval. There is no difference from a male playing this character. “Whatever I have today, is on my own merit”. They had produced the Malayalam version. “Rohit and I have been working on a script together”. He is the boss and ensures you take note of the story the way he wants to…he’s in complete control. What’s true about me has never come out. Ajay Devgn’s been away from serious acting for so long that it’s a relief just to see him underplay and not chomp at the scenery too much.
The actor also said that,”I am sure it will do well”. This combination is very rare to find in actors. He can look like a doting father but he can also be put up to protect his family against anything.
The film, which is a remake of Malyalam movie with same name, engages audiences with a brand new and brilliant cast – Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran.
“It was excellent. It was one of the most relaxed shoots”. I have such a temperament that I can not do anything in excess. He is very precise and he is very clear.
Wearing a scowl that occasionally lapses into a menacing smile, Devgn is far too sullen and cold to play a part that that might have suited Govinda or Anil Kapoor better. So for me that is fantastic.
Final verdict: The film is a must watch for all those who love to see intense acts with substance. You’re even having fun at work.
I am lucky (laughs). At every stage in life your desires, your aspirations are going to be different. Nor have I read The Devotion of Suspect X, the Japanese novel that Joseph insists has nothing to do with the movie but which bears, in summary at least, more than a passing resemblance to it. So I was happy to play along with the conceit that this film was “based on an original story” by Joseph instead of being an authorised copy of a possible unauthorised copy. It’s like a protocol (laughs). “I had to do “Sarabjit”“, he said.
Now that the film is set to release, what are your expectations? Yes, so “Fitoor and ‘Missing”. The same film was then made in Kannada as DRISHYA with V. Ravichandran and Navya Nair in the lead, and also in Telugu as DRUSHYAM with Daggubati Venkatesh and Meena in the lead.

Besides “Drishyam”, Tabu will be next seen in “Fitoor”.
