Henry rushed for 2,219 yards with 28 touchdowns, recording four 200-yard games against SEC competition.

Alabama typically holds a news conference to formally announce which of its underclassmen are foregoing their NCAA eligibility for the National Football League draft. Monday is the deadline for non-seniors to declare for the draft.

Jackson moved from cornerback to safety in spring practice and had six interceptions with two touchdowns in 2015. It was long assumed that Henry would bypass his senior season at Alabama for a shot at the NFL. He also believes that a if a player can’t improve their draft stock by returning, they should leave for the NFL. His rushing and touchdown totals are single-season SEC records, and top 10 in FBS history.

“This has been a first-class organization, and I was blessed to be part of it”, Henry said. It could include Henry, DL A’Shawn Robinson, DE Jonathan Allen and TE O.J. Howard, among others. Robinson told the media that he received a first-round grade from the advisory committee. A game for the ages against rival Auburn (271 yards).
