English top-flight side West Brom are seeking to seal a deal for Ghana defender Jeffrey Schlupp from Leicester City today.
This will allow the Ghana worldwide to arrive at West Brom for a medical later today for him to complete the move. “He of course wants to play and I can’t say yes, you can play every match”.
The Foxes have already rejected offers from Albion of up to £9million for the 23-year-old Ghana global wide man, who scored one goal in 24 Premier League appearances as Claudio Ranieri’s men lifted the title against all the odds last season.
Jeffrey Schlupp has been deployed as a left-back and a more attacking wide role by Leicester City.
Schlupp, 23, has now accepted he has to move on after being squeezed out at the King Power and the latest development is a boost for West Brom.

Having developed through the club’s youth system, Claudio Ranieri is thought to have told him his best option may be to leave in order to land regular first-team football.
