Alexandria’s brainiest grabbed survival by the balls in the latest ‘Walking Dead’

Because of this, the first half of the episode is surprisingly boring – it’s like Walking Dead creators needed a breather with the season finale coming up. Chris Hardwick is the host with the most, and he always invites a variety of people to pop by and discuss the latest twists and turns on the show each week.

With the cast of Fear The Walking Dead now at sea ahead of the second season of the AMC series, showrunner Dave Erikson has shared some eye-opening details about the episodes ahead at PaleyFest 2016.

On the last episode of The Walking Dead, Carol left Tobin a note and walked away from Alexandria in the middle of the night.

Daryl: “The ones that took you and Maggie, what’d they do to you?” And previews for next week’s TWD show Daryl going to look for her.

Oh, and then Carol (Melissa McBride) up and chose to leave Alexandria out of nowhere due to her inner conflicts about killing so many people last week… but having her abandon her friends so close to an all out war seems like a poor character choice. Carol explains that she loves them all, but can no longer kill for them; therefore, she’s leaving, ending her letter with a plea, “Don’t come after me, please”.

On his knees, Eugene seemingly rats out Abraham’s hiding spot.

Abraham indeed apologizes because he’s impressed with Eugene’s transformation from quivering coward to cunning survivalist.

The stand-off between the crossbow-wielding Dwight against Daryl and Rosita is soon resolved.

Elsewhere, Eugene (Josh McDermitt) was getting some character development of his own as he worked with Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) to create a bullet-making factory.

Denise: “Who gives a shit?”

We would nearly assume that a major character is going to die in the finale; with that said, it doesn’t so much have to be the same character who also dies in the comics.

How cute was that ending with Abraham and Sasha? Carol has turned into a pacifist, just like stick-wielding Morgan Jones (Lennie James). It seems as though his peaceful ways have finally had an influence on Carol, who previously would kill whomever she had to in order to survive.

But back to Denise: WHY???? It might be that only Daryl’s profound reaction to Denise’s offing might be shown – but from what we can tell, it certainly gets the ball rolling in March 27’s episode, titled “East”. She was perceptive and personable. Even though every character has grown, Carol has probably changed the most. The only way she can live up to that new maxim is to be away from the ones she loves. This really really really sucks.
