The sequel, based on the novel by Lewis Carroll, picks up with Alice Kingsleigh (Mia) three years after we last met her.
The single is main soundtrack of the forthcoming film “Alice Through The Looking Glass”, which stars Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, Mia Wasikowska, Sacha Baron Cohen and the late Alan Rickman. Returning to the past, she comes across friends – and enemies – at different points in their lives, and embarks on a perilous race to save the Hatter before time runs out…
One of the clips sees Alice meeting a younger version of the Mad Hatter while the other clip features a small council of Underlandians, including a scene with Anne Hathaway.
Directed by James Bobin from Linda Wolverton’s script, “Alice Through the Looking Glass” will be in cinemas May 2016. Writing the screenplay is Disney favorite Linda Woolverton, known for writing Alice in Wonderland (2010) and for working on Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King and Mulan.
