All Marco Rubio Heard At Last Night’s Debate Was ‘Free Stuff’
Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) said Wednesday. You can’t live on $10 an hour. Those briefed on the meeting described it as short but said it had an air of importance, with the two joined by Rubio’s campaign manager, Terry Sullivan, and a pair of senior Adelson advisers, Rob Goldstein and Patrick Dumont. The discussion of hourly wages came up in the debate over questions regarding the minimum wage.

Marco Rubio admitted that people can’t live off jobs that pay only $10 or $11 per hour on Wednesday.

Rubio repeatedly says that ideal is fading because failed government policies do not help people prosper in a fast-changing economy. Their answer to every problem in America is a government program and a tax increase.
Democratic Party spokeswoman Christina Freundlich said Rubio’s comments about “free stuff” were akin to the damning remark 2012 nominee Mitt Romney said after his failed bid, alleging that President Barack Obama and Democrats won elections with the promise of “gifts” for minorities.
Because of that, Klein said, Clinton reportedly told a group of friends the campaign needs to “destroy” Rubio “before his candidacy gets off the ground”.
