Authorities will coordinate when the inmates can be transferred back to the Orange County jail.

Police arrested one of three violent fugitive inmates on Friday after he told a woman in the same city where the jailbreak occurred a week ago that he wanted to surrender, authorities said.
Nooshafarin Ravaghi, who taught English at the Orange County jail, was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of assisting in the escape.

Duong was taken into custody in Santa Ana, where the trio made their brazen escape on January 22 from the maximum security facility, authorities said.
Hallock said Nayeri took her class at the jail and developed a relationship with Ravaghi, Hallock said. After a week of SWAT raids and a gang dragnet, it was a tip that led San Francisco police to the two remaining fugitives who broke out of a Santa Ana, Calif., jail. All three inmates pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Authorities say they have captured one of three inmates who escaped from a Cali…
It was the first escape from the maximum-security lockup in more than 20 years.
Both men were taken to the San Francisco County Jail, where they would eventually be questioned by Orange County investigators looking to gather additional information in case.
The white van appears to be the same one the two men stole and were believed to be living inside following their escape, said the sheriff, who expressed relief over the capture.
At about 3 p.m. Friday, the manager said, San Jose police showed up at the Alameda Motel and showed him mug shots of the three escapees, whom he recognized and identified. As officers approached, Hossein Nayeri started running and was caught after a short chase. The suspect, later identified as Nayeri, was apprehended, according to police.
Tieu, who tried to hide in the van, was arrested soon after that, she said. Police discovered the second fugitive, 20-year-old Jonathan Tieu, hiding in the van with ammunition, but no gun, she said.
The site is near Golden Gate Park, an area popular with tourists and the homeless.
A male citizen flagged down officers about a suspicious person and auto in the parking lot of a Whole Foods, authorities said. But by checkout time Friday morning, the men, considered armed and risky, were gone.
Duong, Tieu and Nayeri broke out of the Santa Ana jail last Friday using an elaborate plan that involved cutting through steel bars and plumbing tunnels and rappelling down the jail’s roof using folded up bed sheets. The other two men remained at large, but are believed to be in San Jose and may be headed to Fresno. They were held in a dormitory with about 65 other men, about 30 miles south-east of Los Angeles. Authorities say they have captured one of three inmates who escaped from a California jail last week while facing charges involving violent crimes.
Investigators claim that Ravaghi gave Nayeri crucial material to hatch a prison break, including a google earth image of the jail. It’s also unclear if she knew Nayeri was plotting an escape. Duong faces an attempted murder charge and was being held without bail on an immigration hold pending a possible federal deportation hearing.
One of the three inmates who escaped from a California jail last Friday is now back in custody. Duong and Tieu have been associated with Vietnamese gangs. Nayeri’s charges include kidnapping and torture after he allegedly cut off a man’s penis to extort money.
