Allen Robinson’s touchdown ruled an incompletion
Even if the Jaguars were healthy and had won last week (or merely showed up), the pick here would have been Baltimore because coach John Harbaugh has probably been thinking all off-season about payback for last year’s Jaguars win.

The Baltimore Ravens (2-0) defeated the Cleveland Browns, 25-20, last week in which Joe Flacco threw for 302 yards and two touchdowns in 25-for-45 passes. The Ravens’ run game remains a nightmare but they do have some talent in their receiving corps as Mike Wallace and Steve Smith look to get rolling while Dennis Pitta looks to regain his form from a couple of seasons ago against a Jags side that was obliterated by Philip Rivers last weekend. On the defense, Baltimore is allowing 13.5 points and 273.5 yards against the opponents. The 0-2 Jaguars, on the other hand, got pushed around last week in a 38-14 loss to the San Diego Chargers, but they almost knocked off the Green Bay Packers in a 27-23 Week 1 loss.
The rulebook isn’t specific about an opponent pulling the ball away, but the officials at EverBank Field determined that Robinson caught the pass and maintained control of the ball after initially contacting the ground, making the play a touchdown for the Jaguars. In the receiving end, Marqise Lee posted 75 yards and five receptions while Julius Thomas added 71 yards in four catches. Also, Allen Hurns had 64 yards in five catches.
Offensively, the Jaguars are averaging 18.5 points and 368.0 total yards (309.5 passing and 58.5 rushing) per game. The Jaguars challenged the initial ruling that it was an incomplete pass.
