Amazon offering refunds on all hoverboards

According to the CPSC, Underwriters Laboratories announced that while some hoverboard components – including battery packs and power supplies – can be certified by the company, there is no such certification for the hoverboards themselves. “I encourage consumers to take advantage of Amazon’s offer and to contact the company through the following site: https://www.amazon.com/contact-us/”. “For consumers who purchased a hoverboard from Amazon, they can return the product right now for a full refund”, said a January 20, 2016 statement from CPSC Chairman Elliot Kaye.
