Black Friday is the first day of the year when retailers first see their profit. It used to be stores saved their best deals for Black Friday, but retailers have gotten so competitive that they’re trying to nab your dollars by rolling out deals well before Black Friday even starts.

JCPenney is starting their Black Friday deals and opening stores at 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 26). “Black Friday weekend purchases made via mobile phones were two times higher than 2013”. This year, more shoppers are expected to pack stores around town.
