According to market research firm comScore, Cyber Monday sales surged 17% in 2014 to hit more than $2 billion, making it the biggest online sales day of the year. Firstly, shopping fatigue sets in after Black Friday, as many consumers have already picked up all the bargains they need ahead of Christmas.

Black Friday was the Tesco Direct website’s busiest ever 24 hours online and Currys PC World’s website had over 6.5 million visitors between Friday and Sunday.

Not to be outdone, Amazon is offering discounts on kitchen products from brands like Mercer, John Boos, Tovolo, and Zojirushi. The fashion retailer will also offer free shipping on orders over $49.
Target’s Cyber Monday sale will run for one day, but it will continue to offer department-wide deals throughout the week, as well as free shipping and returns throughout the holiday season.
