Kirby was still being interviewed at 9:15am as part of the criminal investigation into her kidnapping, The Dallas Morning News said.
The FBI and Texas Rangers had joined the search for the teen, whose father had called 911 at around 7 p.m. local time on Saturday to report that his daughter had been kidnapped.
‘All this point, all we know is she seems to be in good health, ‘ Glenn Heights Sgt. David Jackson told The Dallas Morning News.
Her grandmother said that Kirby called and gave her the place at which she was located. Keidra was then located by Glenn Heights detectives and the Texas Rangers.
When officers arrived at the 400 block of Star Gazer witnesses told police Keidra Kirby, 17, was abducted by three men and taken in a white van with tinted windows.
An Amber Alert was issued for the teen just after the abduction was confirmed by police.
