An Amber Alert has been issued across seven Northern California counties for an abducted 11-month old boy.
Brown himself is black, with brown hair and brown eyes.
An Amber Alert was issued in the Bay Area following the abduction of a baby in San Francisco. He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and shark-print pajama trousers.
Phoebe Haynes, 44, is suspected of taking William. She stands 5 feet tall, weighs 180 pounds and also has brown hair and brown eyes.
An Amber Alert was issued this morning that included Haynes’ vehicle description and her car’s license plate number. The front bumper may be black, according to the CHP.
A spokesman for the San Francisco District Attorney’s office says Haynes is the boy’s grandmother.
