The MT DOJ on Thursday obtained and released photos of the Zahn’s pickup truck and 5th-wheel trailer. Authorities believed 60-year-old Rodney Zahn may have been taking the girl to Billings, Montana.
AMBER ALERT: Law enforcement is asking the public for help to find a missing Montana girl.
Moore was last seen wearing a white shirt with black short sleeves and jeans.
Moore may have been kidnapped by Rodney Lee Zahn, 60, who is a registered violent offender and who is violating his probation.
It is believed Sandy was taken from her residence during the night by Zahn. He’s about 5-foot-5 and 135 pounds with a tattoo of a cross on his left hand and a tattoo of the Tazmanian Devil on his arm.
According to the Montana Department of Corrections, Zahn was sentenced to in 2013 to five years under DOC supervision, with part of his sentence suspended, for aggravated felony assault and assault.
Officials believe that they may be headed to Billings or possibly to Boise, Idaho.
