“I endured excessive emotional, verbal and physical abuse from Johnny, which has included angry, hostile, humiliating and threatening assaults to me whenever I questioned his authority or disagreed with him”.

Moor also ruled that Depp shouldn’t try to contact Heard until a hearing is conducted on June 17. She wanted the same order to apply to her dog, Pistol, but the judge wouldn’t go along, saying there was “insufficient showing of need to protect the dog”, reported CNN.

“I live in fear that Johnny will return to [our house] unannounced to terrorise me, physically and emotionally, ” Ms Heard wrote in a sworn declaration.

The picture emerged as Los Angeles police said there was no evidence of any injuries when they were called to a domestic incident at the couple’s home in Hollywood last weekend.

In a statement, Los Angeles police reportedly confirmed they responded to a domestic incident call.

Heard took a photograph of herself with a bruised cheek and eye to the LA Superior Court.

Actress-model Heard last month admitted falsifying her immigration arrivals card and was placed on a $720 one-month good-behavior bond.

She contended that Heard’s filing, along with requests for financial assistance from the actor “appears to be in response to the negative media attention she received earlier this week after filing for divorce”.

She left him the following day and filed for divorce on Monday (23May16).

TMZ has obtained the legal documents Amber filed to support her claim Johnny threw an iPhone at her face on Saturday.

Depp was photographed with bandmates Joe Perry and Alice Cooper doing charity work.

Heard also claimed Depp was abusive towards her on other occasions during their 15-month-marriage.

Depp, whose mum Betty Sue died two days before the announcement of his shock marriage split, is in Europe promoting Alice Through The Looking Glass and playing with his band Hollywood Vampires and did not attend court. Disney declined to comment on Depp.

A statement issued by his spokesperson on Thursday (26May16) read: “Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life”.
