A USA judge has ordered actor Johnny Depp to stay away from his estranged wife, actress Amber Heard, after she alleged he assaulted her.

A judge denied Amber Heard’s request for sole custody of her dog, Pistol, in her filing of a restraining order against Johnny Depp.
Heard arrived at court in Los Angeles with her lawyer, Samantha Spector, “with photos showing various bruises … she claims Depp inflicted various times during their marriage”, according to TMZ and The Associated Press.
Meanwhile, Johnny is refusing to let his divorce drama destroy his rock “n” roll dreams – the actor kicked off the Hollywood Vampires world tour with pal Alice Cooper in NY on Tuesday (24May16), a day after his wife Amber Heard filed documents to end the couple’s 15-month marriage – and there’s no sign he’ll be ditching the trek to take stock of his personal problems.
Us Weekly can confirm that a restraining order was requested and granted by the judge, and as a result Johnny is required to stay 100 yards from Amber.
In pictures submitted Heard’s right eye appears red and marked from an incident where she told police The Pirates of the Caribbean star had “wound up (his) arm like a baseball pitcher” and threw her iPhone at her, reports Page Six.
Heard also claims that there have been other instances of domestic violence in the course of her marriage to Depp, which lasted for just over a year.
Depp’s mother died three days before Heard filed for divorce on Monday.
“I live in fear that Johnny will return to (our house) unannounced to terrorise me, physically and emotionally”, Ms Heard wrote in a sworn declaration.
It added, however, that Heard declined to file charges against her husband when police showed up at their residence on Saturday. Heard has also claimed in court documents that Depp has struggled with substance abuse throughout his adulthood. She emerged from the courthouse into a crush of photographers who mobbed the model-actress and her lawyer. After that alleged incident, Heard wrote, she did not see the actor for another month. A hearing on the order is scheduled for June 17.
The 30-year-old “Friday Night Lights” star, citing irreconcilable differences, listed her and Depp’s separation date as May 22, according to court papers obtained by the Daily News.
Mr Depp’s representatives released a statement yesterday saying Mr Depp would not respond to any “salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies” about his relationship.
Depp and Heard met on the set of the 2011 film The Rum Diary, when Depp was still in a long-term relationship with the French actress Vanessa Paradis, mother of his son Jack and daughter Lily-Rose.

The pair are not thought to have put a pre-nuptial agreement in place before they Wednesday in February 2015 in Los Angeles, followed by another ceremony in the Bahamas. Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly.
