More details have emerged from court documents filed by Amber Heard, alleging that husband Johnny Depp continually abused her throughout their marriage – including a violent attack on her 30th birthday – and claiming the actor has a substance abuse problem.

Heard claims after he allegedly hit her he offered her money to stay quiet, but instead she filed for divorce. Amber showed the court images of her bruised face, which she claimed she got when Depp hit her on Saturday, last week.

Amber Heard has filed for a restraining order against Johnny Depp, her husband of just over a year, accusing him of repeated assaults.

Heard adds that Depp stormed out of the condominium “breaking almost everything in his path” and that she did not see him again for another month. “I endured excessive emotional, verbal and physical abuse from Johnny, which has included angry, hostile, humiliating and threatening assaults to me”, the statement to the court read.

In her filing, Heard, who moved in with Depp in 2012, claims that “during the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me”. The judge also ruled that Depp shouldn’t try to contact Heard.

She claims he also pulled her hair and struck her, then she says he grabbed a magnum-sized bottle of wine, chugged some and then used the bottle to break objects around the house.

Amber said that she is extremely frightened of Johnny Depp and he is scary and struggles with alcohol and drugs. Depp is now in Portugal for a performance with his band Hollywood Vampires.

The drama all went down after the death of Depp’s beloved mother, Betty Sue Palmer, on Friday.

The restraining order lasts until June 17, the date of their next hearing.

Depp’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, declined to comment other than to say the petition was granted in part and denied in part.

In attempt to help relieve the situation, Heard began calling a friend who Depp was requesting to speak to, she states.

Heard was reportedly granted the restraining order and the right to live in the couple’s family home, but a judge rejected her request for $50,000 per month in spousal support.
