Amber Heard‘s deposition drama hit more turbulence.

Well, according to TMZ, the Magic Mike XXL actress is allegedly still in London despite being ordered to give her statement under oath in El Lay.
A status conference on Tuesday (Aug. 9, 2016) determined that Heard will be deposed today (Friday, Aug. 12, 2016) and Johnny Depp will be deposed on Saturday (Aug. 13, 2016).
The sources said a tentative plan was in the works for Heard to sit for questioning on Saturday morning instead. If Heard does not testify, the judge could dismiss the whole case.
Amber Heard had “an emergency” and that’s why she’s going to miss her 10 AM call for a deposition in L.A. TMZ has learned.
Both Depp and Heard are attempting to reach a settlement for their divorce.
“She was there and ready to proceed”. According to Depp’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, Heard was crying and screaming in an adjoining room and refused to testify. Depp’s lawyers have already attempted to make her look like a mentally unstable liar. Wasser reportedly responded that the offer was sent to the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor for his approval. At the time, she appeared in court with bruises on her face that she said were the result of Johnny throwing an iPhone at her. In court papers filed in May, Heard said that “during the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me”.

Depp’s camp plans to call witnesses on Wednesday who saw Heard inside her condo building after the alleged phone incident and reportedly didn’t notice any physical injury.
