According to TheWrap, Heard filed a lawsuit on Friday, June 3, against Stanhope over a guest column that the comedian published on the website on May 29, in which he said that the actress was blackmailing Depp with her abuse claims and that he and his friends have known that it was coming.

The source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Johnny took his family with him on the trip, on a private jet paid for by the studio”.
iO Tillett Wright, a writer and TV host, slammed a TMZ story raising questions about Heard’s reported injuries in a series of tweets on Monday. The two were literally inseparable and they were registered as domestic partners.
The couple then called Wright, who overheard yelling in the background, and according to court documents pertaining to the restraining order which was granted on May 27, she then called 911 at Amber’s request.
A source told the Mirror that the couple went on to have a private ceremony in 2011 in NY, when same-sex marriage was legalized there but did not make it legally official. He added that the prosecutors could reconsider and refile within the 2-year statute of limitations.
A source says: “Amber has thought long and hard and has realised that destroying Johnny is not what she wants”.
The Rum Diaries actress also begged the judge for protection for her Yorkshire terrier, Pistol, who was a gift from wife Tasya.
In her declaration of petition for a restraining order, seen by DailyMail.com, Amber said she this was not the first time Johnny had been abusive.
Amber, 30, filed for divorce on 23 May, just three days after the death of Johnny’s 81-year-old mother, Betty Sue.
‘He is often paranoid and his temper is exceptionally scary for me as it has proven many times to be physically unsafe and/or life threatening to me’.
