The bash even drew a rare appearance from Johnny’s beloved mother Betty Sue Palmer, who died last week just three days before Amber filed for divorce. The filing came Monday, with Heard citing irreconcilable differences.

They added that the actress filed the papers just 2 days after Johnny’s mum, Betty Sue Palmerm passed away on May 20.

Johnny is said to have rejected Amber’s claim for spousal support.

The pair, who do not have children together, married in February past year after co-starring in the 2011 film The Rum Diary.

They married 15 months ago and have no children.

In exchange, she avoided jail time and was let off with a $1,000 fine a one-month good behavior bond.

Sources close to Amber Heard say the actress was NOT “hated” by Johnny Depp’s family despite allegations which claimed members of his family “detested” her. Throughout the saga Depp engaged in a war of words with Australian Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce, who’d threatened to kill the dogs. Meanwhile Heard said that Depp “lights up a room”.

Depp was previously in a long-term relationship with Vanessa Paradis for 14 years, but the pair never married and eventually split in June 2012. The couple released an awkward video apology, which went viral.

This week, both filed conflicting divorce petitions regarding spousal support – she requested it, but he doesn’t want to pay it – and other divisions of assets.
