AMD will release two new entry-level graphics cards for gaming
Advanced Micro Devices has unveiled two brand new graphics cards in the Radeon 400 series. The GPU has a 5.7 billion transistors count, a memory bus width of 256-bit, and a typical board power of 120W. The GPU comes with clock speed of 926 MHz base and 1206 MHz boost.

As for the less powerful Radeon RX 460, it features an 896 steam processor, 56 texture units, 16 ROPs, and a 2GB or 4GB Video RAM. While the AMD hasn’t disclosed the pricing, the more powerful RX 470 is expected to be priced around 150 Dollars and the lower variant RX 460 may cost about 110 USD. The RX 470 is presumed to come with three display ports and one HDMI port, which is identical to the RX 480. AMD has not offered details with respect to the GPU’s transistor count.
The new Radeon™ Pro WX series graphics cards deliver on the promise of this new era of creation, and are designed for creative professionals and those pushing the boundaries of science, technology and engineering. This is also manufactured using the 14nm FinFET process.

This powerful graphic card can achieve a peak performance of 4.90 teraflops. Needless to say, the Radeon RX 460 can definitely enhance gaming experience on modified gaming laptops and desktops. Radeon RX 460 budget card is scheduled to be launched four days after its older sibling Radeon RX 470.
