Baskets follows one man in Bakersfield, California dares to follow his dream of becoming a professional clown.
Are you looking forward to any of these FX/FXX shows? “Baskets”, co-created by and starring Zach Galifianakis, debuts on FX on Thursday January 21 at 10 ET. The series is executive produced by Rich, Lorne Michaels, Andrew Singer and Jonathan Krisel, and co-stars Eric Andre, Britt Lower and Maya Erskine.
A couple of weeks later, American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson kicks off on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 10 PM. The veteran comedy will then lead into new episodes of Man Seeking Women which also returns on January 6 for its sophomore season. And do you think Ryan Murphy have a hit with American Crime Story? The star-studded extravaganza, featuring names like Cube Gooding Jr., John Travolta, Connie Britton, Sarah Paulson and Selma Blair, just to name a few is undoubtedly an anticipated television event. (The exact date is TBD.) That means a longer wait than usual for fans, as past seasons have debuted in January or February. But it’s kinda, sorta, good news for people who’ve been meaning to catch up with this critically acclaimed drama but haven’t quite gotten around to it yet, right?
FX Networks has set the premiere dates for two new and three returning series on FX and FXX this winter.

Sister network FXX also revealed premiere dates for two of its returning comedies: It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, will be back for Season 11 on Wednesday, January 6 at 10/9c, while Man Seeking Woman returns for Season 2 the same night, at 10:30/9:30c. Expect even more awkward moments for Baruchel’s Josh Greenberg in the dating department (not to mention a love triangle).
