‘American Horror Story’ Star Rose Siggins Dies at 43
Washington D.C., December 13: Known for her character Legless Suzi on the ‘American Horror Story: Freak Show, ‘ Rose Siggins has passed away. Siggins reportedly contracted an infection that spread through her div. She died Saturday in a Denver hospital.

Her manager, James Mullen, wrote on the page: I’m sad to report that Rose has passed away this morning around 7:30am.
Siggins wrote that she went on to get married and have two children: a son, Luke, and a daughter, Shelby Cecilia.
Siggins had a congenital genetic disorder called sacral agenesis, where the spinal bone called the sacrum doesn’t form properly. According to her website, she had both of her legs amputated when she was two. “Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this time”, the network posted.
Aside from her two kids, Siggins is also survived by her husband, David.
Her inspirational tale appeared in magazines, newspapers and on television programs starting from the time she was a child.
A story in Redbook magazine reported that Siggins attempted walking with prosthetic limbs but found them too painful.
American Horror Story: Freak Show – set in one of the last remaining freak shows in the U.S. and following its attractions’ struggle for survival – earned 20 Emmy nominations, including outstanding limited series.

“We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from all over the world for our beloved Ben”, the family statement previously read.
