Americans want to see Hillary’s deleted e-mails: Trump campaign
Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, reported earning $10.6 million in adjusted gross annual income in 2015. No doubt much to their disappointment, Clinton’s 2015 tax information provides no major mudslinging ammunition for the Republican Party or the Trump campaign.

With his political opponents demanding that Trump should do what every candidate in modern history has done by releasing his tax returns, the Clinton campaign released a new video ad on Friday that left no doubt she intends to make his lack of financial transparency a key line of attack going forward.

But those assertions were made before the Democrats wrapped up their convention and polls showed Clinton increasing her lead nationally and in some swing states such as OH and Pennsylvania.
The Clintons paid an effective federal tax rate of 35 per cent in 2015, a slightly higher figure than the 31.55 per cent they paid from 2007 to 2014. Tim Kaine of Virginia, and his wife, Anne Holton, also released their returns. Kaine and Holton had a small amount of earnings from investments, but nearly the entirety of their income came from their salaries: Kaine’s income as a United States senator and Holton’s from her work as the state of Virginia’s secretary of education.
In the April primary, Clinton attracted just over 1 million more Democratic votes than Trump received from within the smaller Republican Party. Over 60% of the Clintons’ $10.6 million income comes from speeches. She made roughly $22 million from the fees.
The Clintons main sources of income were Mr Clinton s paid speeches, to the tune of $5.2 million, and a payment to Hillary Clinton from the publisher of her last book, Simon & Schuster, for three million dollars.
She also got another $3 million from ZFS Holdings LLC. In 2012, her a year ago at the State Department, he earned more than $16.3 million for 72 speeches. Mike Pence, the IN governor and Trump’s running mate, also has not made public his tax data during the campaign.
A lower income would undermine his image as a successful businessman.
The 2014 return gave voters a glimpse of the political dynasty’s vast wealth, with the Clintons bringing in $28 million that year.
They also got to write off those previously mentioned NY taxes that they paid. But Republicans claim they can turn that around.
‘I want more Americans to have the chance to work hard and get ahead, just like we did. Due to their income, that itemized deduction amount was reduced to $2.2 million. The Clintons were among the group of wealthy filers who saw their personal exemptions zeroed out.
The couple reported earning a combined $313,441 in 2015.

Bill Clinton’s office previously said he had ended his consulting work with Laureate past year. The Clinton’s paid $3.24 million in taxes.
