Amid controversy, DraftKings, FanDuel report biggest NFL Sunday of season

Now there are questions about whether or not insiders with access to private information are gaming the system. Last week an employee of DraftKings released a few critical data pertaining to game stats.

DraftKings and FanDuel are already facing a class action lawsuit as well as increased scrutiny about the legality of the industry.

DraftKings opened an office in London late this summer to serve as its European headquarters, and has begun hiring there. “Not yet, but could get there”, said Craig Fischer, of Shaler Township.

Crisis management strategists said the companies are handling the situation appropriately and should be able to weather the storm for now, barring any legal repercussions.
