The Portland Trail Blazers turned the series around at home in Game 3 and will try to even things up at two wins apiece when they host the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 4 on Monday.

The Clippers star is likely out for the playoffs. Without Paul, the game could have effectively ended in the first quarter.

Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin suffered a quad injury during Monday’s game against the Portland Trail Blazers. He worked all year to get here, and he’s a very emotional guy. Al-Farouq Aminu led all scorers with 30 points, including six three-pointers, after struggling with his shot for the first three games. Griffin had 17 points before leaving with less than 6 minutes left.

The Blazers took a 24-20 advantage into the second quarter despite 6-for-22 shooting and four combined points from Damian Lillard and McCollum.

The Los Angeles Clippers are looking to inch their way further towards the second round of the 2016 NBA Playoffs, as they head for game three of their first round series against the Portland Trailblazers.

The fracture was in the third metacarpal of the right hand.

Paul incurred the injury in the third quarter of Game 4 when he tried to swipe the ball from Gerald Henderson.

Similar to Aminu, Crabbe entered Monday’s game 2-for-12 for the series and an 0-for-5 mark from deep.

Two games into their playoff series, the Portland Trail Blazers and Charlotte Hornets looked like sweep candidates.

The Mavericks failed to get past the first round for the fifth season in a row since winning the championship in 2011.

Getting caught in a fast and furious pace, the Mavericks pushed Oklahoma City hard, but once again got run down by superior manpower as the Thunder ran away with a 118-104 victory and a 4-1 victory in the best-of-seven first-round series. They trap higher on the court and in more situations than they even did in the regular season.

“He is an idiot”, Durant said of Cuban. “Everybody has been encouraging him and he’s put in the time and, like I said, it was just a matter of time before he had a game like that”. They denied me the ball, they don’t help off of me when we’re in pick and rolls, so I just had to find other ways to get the ball. “He has the option to become a free agent. I’ll be re-evaluated (Tuesday), and we’ll go from there”.

Westbrook gave him plenty of reasons to reconsider. Walker scored 11 straight Charlotte points in the fourth quarter after Miami cut the lead to two with 6:07 left. Several key buckets late in the game came off of offensive rebounds and putbacks, which is something we identified as something the Blazers had to exploit to be competitive in this series. Lillard had 12 points in the first 11 minutes, and a tone was set.
