Overall Anirudh direction was superb and the awesome part in the film is the fact that is visually never shows you actual incident until the end. To give him a tough we need a highly capable actor, and that was fulfilled by Piyush Mishra, who was aptly intimidating. The amount of hard work that he puts in is inspiring.
After Mr. Bachchan was brought on board, Shoojit had to rework on how he had framed out his character.
Was Taapsee intimidated at sharing screen space with the cine icon? It was a heartening experience. And, of course, Amitabh Bachchan’s enigmatic persona will guide you through the darkness. You truly are a legend. These are the qualities in all superstars. I would even judge myself. But I’ve learnt from people like him that what’s important is my instinct and standing by my decisions. A socially relevant, entertaining and necessary film of our time.

The film Pink happens to be very much powerful and poignantly provocative. A definite game changer for Taapsee Pannu, who is just brilliant as Minal – can be anytime our neighborhood girl who loves life and is aware of her choices.
