Amy Schumer announces Europe dates for first world tour
Dublin is the first stop of Amy’s #schumertour, which takes her to places such as Stockholm, Amsterdam and Oslo before its last date in London. Before that, she will appear in Thank You For Your Service an independent film about United States soldiers returning from Iraq and struggling to reintegrate into family life.

One of the funniest women on the planet, Amy Schumer, will be coming to Copenhagen this autumn to make her first appearance in Denmark. They will play a mother and daughter “trapped in a vacation gone wrong”. The film will be released in 2017 by 20th Century Fox.
The hit movie Trainwreck, which Schumer wrote and starred in, dominated the 2015 summer comedy worldwide box office. Additionally, she won the Critic’s Choice Award for “Best Actress in a Comedy” and was nominated for a Writers’ Guild Award in the category of “Original Screenplay”.
Amy Schumer is to perform her first ever stand-up shows in the UK, Chortle can reveal.
She branched out into film-making a year ago with the comedy Trainwreck, which was well-received and performed well at the box office. She made her television debut in 2007 when she starred on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and soon after co-starred on 30 Rock and received her own Comedy Central Presents special.
