But she’ll have to take a break from all that to show up at the Emmy Awards next month.

Amy Schumer’s four-season run of Inside Amy Schumer on Comedy Central may have come to an abrupt end.

After that, Schumer re-tweeted a fan’s sorrowful comment that the show might be ending.

In one way, it wouldn’t be a huge surprise if Schumer and Comedy Central chose to part ways.

He wrote: ‘Guys I have just heard some disturbing news, this guy Jiff Dilfyberg is a rapist!

#InsideAmySchumer is not cancelled.

Comedy Central had renewed “Inside Amy Schumer” for a fifth season in January of this year, but it’s unclear if that work has been completed or put on hold.

Schumer deleted her tweets, and her reps have declined to comment on the situation, so at this point, no one really knows what’s going on. “Now please grab my book #TheGirlWithTheLowerBackTattoo for now”. At the time, Schumer said in a statement, “We are so excited to get picked up”.

Amy Schumer has condemned the actions of former Inside Amy Schumer writer Kurt Metzger, but said she still considers him a good friend. “There are no writers for it”. To this reporter, her earlier response now seems rather dodgy. Schumer-who’s spent the last 24 hours being repeatedly asked to talk about Metzger and his views-aggressively rejected the vitriolic stand-up’s comments, while still expressing her care and concern for him.

While Mr. Metzger has worked on her Comedy Central series in the past, she explained that he’s not now her writer because there are “no plans for the TV show to come back anytime in the near future”.
