Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, Netflix’s revival of the beloved CW dramedy from the previous decade, will premiere November 25, the streaming service announced today. Thursday, you’re killing it.

Lauren Graham also too to Twitter with the news, writing: “I CAN NOW CONFIRM: it’s time for me, and this jacket I stole in 2007, to return to work”. Mark that date in red pen in your diary, stat.

OK, so that was pretty much the most Rory Gilmore answer ever.

Vulture tweeted about the trailer, and Schumer replied to the site’s post, saying, “I would love her!” in reference to Lorelai’s query. Watch the teaser, and if your mum is now miles away, call her on the phone instead.

“Gilmore Girls” will open with Rory living and working in London prior to her return to Stars Hollow. Lorelai is the owner of the fictional CT town’s (Stars Hollow) B&B, the Dragonfly Inn.

Joining Bledel and Graham in the revival are virtually every key cast member from the original run, including Melissa McCarthy (Sookie St. James), Scott Patterson (Luke Danes) and Kelly Bishop (Emily Gilmore).

Rory thinks her mom and Schumer won’t hit it off because Schumer likes water sports.

Entitled “A Year in the Life”, the said revival is expected to focus on the highlights of past Gilmore Girls seasons, but as the trailer implies, some things will be different. I would hope that people would want to take the whole trip.

She also clarified her involvement in water sports.
