The message continued: “Or you can FaceTime me but I probably wouldn’t be able to pick up because I’m busy doing stuff”.
“Hey click bait, Kevin’s text was amusing”.
And sure enough, when she was asked to host SNL, she absolutely nailed it. Her opening monologue, in particular, is equal parts confession and her kind of gross-out humour.
Schumer also has plenty of ties with numerous iconic NBC show’s former and current cast members, including friends like Bill Hader, Colin Quinn, and Vanessa Bayer, who all starred in Trainwreck.

She recalled a three minute exchange with the actor, after which she said to herself “Wait am I dating Bradley Cooper?” The Trainwreck star is clearly excited to host SNL for the first time. Schumer also opened for the Queen of Pop, Madonna, at Madison Square Garden back in September, and won an Emmy for her show on Comedy Central, Inside Amy Schumer. “Jennifer sent me a really sweet text”, Schumer shared.
