The new performance report on the User Acquisition tab in the Developer Console lets you see how people are finding your Play Store listing, how many install your app, and how many go on to make purchases.

This is because, even though some iOS apps have very small updates (up to a few MBs), if you have installed any games or even one of Microsoft’s Office applications, the update will reach at least a few hundred MBs and updating a couple of them will obliterate your cellular data if you’re on a limited plan.
Android M and iOS 9 for the most part look identical. Low Power Mode on iOS 9 doesn’t do things in that way, but it does provide users with a toggle to optimize settings to conserve battery life if you are running low. Google Now and to a few extent, Cortana, are both more accurate and the POI list is more up-to-date but the new predictive Siri is just a stepping stone towards the future. To be completely honest – you’ll probably turn this off pretty much straight away as I’ve certainly found (as have many others) that this can drain your battery and result in you using a lot more mobile data (where the phone has turned off Wi-Fi but you think it’s still on) than you ever expect to. Without a doubt, Google Now still leads in this area. And actually, that’s probably still true. iOS 9 doesn’t feature any big new privacy features-but it’s still protects your data just as well. Android M now has eight core permissions users must grant apps including access to the microphone, contacts, medical data, and more.
In Android M Google Wallet has been rebranded Android Pay- a clear swipe at Apple Pay.
Like the current microUSB cords that power most Android devices on the market today, the USB Type-C cables will soon be everywhere and, as a result, they’ll be much cheaper than Apple’s Lightning cables.
