Annie Lennox’s daughter rescued after kayak capsizes; boyfriend still missing
Annie Lennox’s daughter is ok after a kayaking accident in upstate New York, but her long-term partner is still missing.

It happened on Saturday morning and her boyfriend is still missing and feared dead.
Miss Lennox was rescued by a passing boat. Meanwhile, authorities are still searching for her boyfriend, Ian Jones, officials told People magazine.
The two were not wearing lifejackets when their kayaks overturned. Anyone who sees someone matching this description is urged to contact the Sheriff’s Office immediately at 845-486-3800, or via the tipline at 845-605-CLUE (2583). Officers responded around 9:50 a.m., and searched the Hudson until 10 p.m. The search resumed this morning at 7:30 a.m.

Authorities also searched the shore near where Jones was last seen.
Investigators suspended their search for Mr Jones, a photographer, about 5:30pm after water conditions became too rough, said John Watterson, Dutchess County sheriff’s captain.
The Sunday search involves both Marine patrol and a dive team, Watterson says. At this time extensive resources have been utilized and all efforts exhausted for today to attempt to locate Mr. Jones, with negative results so far.

Rescuers issued a description of Jones saying he was a white male, 6-foot-3 with a slim build, dark hair, wearing jeans and a denim shirt.
