Anonymous Goes After Trump

“You know, I have to say, Seth, I no longer think he is amusing”, Hillary Clinton told NBC late-night host Seth Meyers in re GOP frontrunner Donald Trump’s plan to bar Muslims from entering the country. I have little doubt that. Former Vice President Dick Cheney also said that the proposed ban “goes against everything we stand for and believe in” as a nation.

NBC News finds that 41 percent of rural voters support Trump’s call for a ban, while just 13 percent of urban voters support it.

“Most people are relieved that he reconsidered”, White House press secretary Josh Earnest said.

Trump recently called for a ban on all Muslims entering the USA, which Anonymous denounces in a video posted to YouTube on December 9 that also warns Trump to “think twice” about his stance.

“And what he is saying now is not only shameful and wrong, it is unsafe”, Clinton said, according to MSNBC.

Despite the backlash, Trump’s divisive rhetoric seems to have struck a chord with Republican voters. “He is giving them a great propaganda tool, a way to recruit more folks from Europe and the US”. The prime minister meets with all United States presidential candidates when they visit Israel, and he expected to receive Trump upon his arrival.

Mr Trump tweeted: “Thank you to respected columnist Katie Hopkins of Daily Mail.com for her powerful writing on the U.K.’s Muslim problems”.

In the latest poll by Zogby Analytics, the Republican Presidential hopeful has reached a new high in popularity, surging to 38 per cent of support in the Republican primaries.

While Republican voters were most likely to say they were excited (24 percent) or optimistic (41 percent), a full one-third of Republicans say they are concerned or scared about Mr. Trump.
