Some protesters said Trump’s comments, while more explicit, were not that far removed from statements by other politicians calling for restrictions on Syrian refugees who want to settle in the United States.

The activist hacking group Anonymous has turned its attention to Republican frontrunner Donald Trump after taking issue with his recent proposal to ban Muslims from entering America.

According to Trump’s website, he has done more business partnerships with Muslim-majority countries, such as Turkey, and Indonesia that has the largest Muslim population in the world.
DAMAC drew a distinction between its partner’s business and political interests, but declined to say explicitly whether it was reconsidering the partnership.
“I am the least racist person that you have ever met”, he said.
Mr. Trump has attempted to make several investment opportunities in the Middle East, which his comments may now nullify.
“If he doesn’t want Muslims to come to the U.S., why does he want to do business with the Muslims in the UAE?” he said, speaking to the 7DAYS newspaper.
Trump, the billionaire businessmen who is now derided across the world for his incendiary racial remarks, drew his first flak from Emirati business magnate Khalaf Al Habtoor, who has been a staunch supporter of Trump’s candidature.
