While Ancelotti is taking over at Bayern, Conte will be at the helm of Chelsea after his time with Italy finishes at Euro 2016.

Gianluigi Buffon has tipped Antonio Conte to be an “excellent” manager at Chelsea.

With John Terry entering his twilight years, Chelsea are in desperate need of a player with outstanding leadership qualities which makes Bonucci the flawless candidate.

A top source told AfricanFootball.com that the 2013 AFCON winning defender will be allowed to play some matches by new coach Antonio Conte to prove himself.

Conte was captain of Juventus during Ancelotti’s short spell as manager in Turin between 1999 and 2001.

The winger subsequently went out on-loan to Juventus last term where he scored four times in 28 appearances and looked a much happier player.

He added: “There are certain things that he will not compromise on, and it will be the same when he comes to Chelsea”.

However the report claims he wants Cudicini to help with translation at Stamford Bridge to allow him to get his message across to the players. While Conte is now managing the Italian National team during the Euros 2016, seems like Chelsea are not up to decide whom they want to bring in or whom they will be letting go of in the summer.
