British actress Talulah Riley has filed to end her SECOND marriage to billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk. However, that divorce was dismissed in April and there’s no mention of a prenup in the new paperwork filed by Riley today.

The statement said the spouses have spent the last six months living separately, but Riley’s Los Angeles County filing by lawyer Larry Ginsberg listed the date of separation as undetermined. Riley appeared in “Pride & Prejudice” and “Inception” and wrote and directed her first feature film, “Scottish Mussel”, in 2014.
Then, on 31 December 2014, it was reported that he had once again filed for divorce, however this action was later withdrawn.
While the couple did not have any children together, they say they will remain friends.
Riley is set to publish her first novel in August.
The couple began dating in 2008 after he split from his first wife Justine.
Musk, who co-founded Paypal, founded and runs two tech companies, Tesla Motors and SpaceX.

Musk, meanwhile, is due to launch a much hyped entry-level Tesla model at an event later this month. He is also a champion of building a hyperloop that would transport people and cargo at the speed of sound.
