Appalachian St. wins Camellia Bowl with late FG

Appalachian State (10-2), a three-time Football Bowl Championship Subdivision champion, is playing in its first bowl game and could become the first Sun Belt team to win 11 games. Spraque will get the nod as the QB starter in this game, but there could be as many as three quarterbacks to play in the game.

Appalachian State had started its fourth-quarter comeback with a 97-yard drive and then scored two touchdowns in a 42-second span to take the lead. Two plays later, a bad pass by OH quarterback J.D.
