Apple iPad Pro may have excited Apple faithfuls for its hybrid nature before its launch on November 11, but now it seems consumers have started to unearth too many problems with the device. To force restart, users can hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds or more until the Apple logo appears onscreen, reported iClarified.
Apple talked about its new released accessories, stating that they have limited supply of both Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil in their official retail stores. “Customers are very excited for iPad Pro, Apple Pencil and the Smart Keyboard”, an Apple spokesman said.
LiquidText, the annotation and document reader app developer for iOS (and a critical darling that has been one of Apple’s selected apps in its store almost since its launch), has launched a new version with features for the new iPad Pro.
Unlike rival tablets such as those from Samsung and Microsoft, the Apple Pencil does not come as part of the iPad Pro and one will have to shell out an additional $99 to purchase the stylus. Less than a week after the giant tablet made it outside Apple’s doors, there emerged complaints about the device’s problems with power and charging. A user going with the name “darkfire.shadows” wrote on Apple’s support website: Hello, I got my iPad Wednesday, spent the evening getting it all setup. And while the solution is fairly simple, it’s something which is less than ideal – what if someone was using the tablet for work and plugged it in to get a few extra charge, effectively losing whatever they were working on.
“At night it [iPad Pro] was down to 40% so I charged it and went to bed”.
The 12.9-inch iPad Pro still makes use of Retina display with 5.6 million pixels, making it the highest resolution Retina display among iOS devices.
This comes after people have been complaining for almost a week that their new iPad Pros were refusing to wake up when plugged into the charger. When I woke up it was “dead”. “I have the exact same issue”.
