People should start to get deliveries of their iPad Pro today for those that ordered online, although there were a few lucky buyers that were able to pick one up in store on the 11th, which was Wednesday. Cook told The Telegraph in an interview. There are actually two sections of apps made for the 12.9-inch slate.
Early reviews of the iPad Pro praise its hardware, power, and the optional Apple Pencil. On top of that, aside from a few additional multitasking features, the iPad Pro doesn’t do much more than the regular iPad at this moment in time.
Apple released a statement to Mashable about Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil related shipping issues.
First, Apple needs to find a way to lower the price of the iPad Pro, Bouchard said. This is clearly a reference to Microsoft’s Surface Book, which was not long ago launched as a laptop that can double as a tablet when users remove its keyboard.
Apple CEO Tim Cook isn’t sold on the Surface, and the company doesn’t plan on bringing together its MacBook or iPad into a single product like Microsoft’s computing device, either.
The confirmation that the new iPad Pro tablet comes with a USB 3.0-compatible Lightning port is noteworthy.

But before making that decision, it may be wise to note several things tied up with the iPad Pro. However, in a recent interview with Independent.ie, Mr. Cook defended his comments and explained why he continues to believe the iPad Pro won’t replace a Mac anytime soon. If you consider that, it almost has the same weight as the Surface Book of Microsoft if the screen is detached.
