A number of products are expected to arrive at the March Apple event, including the 4-inch iPhone 5se, or, as many are now calling it, the iPhone se. The event will be available via live stream, but only to those equipped with an iPhone, iPad or iPod with an iOS of 7.0 or higher.

Although it’s “nearly identical” to the iPhone 5, Apple’s iPhone SE is said to come installed with iPhone 6 upgrades.

On February 16, Apple CEO Tim Cook released a statement calling the government request “an unprecedented step which threatens the security of our customers”. Both sides will make their claim to a federal magistrate in Riverside on March 22. There could also be a new version of the Apple Watch OS and accessories. The company is known for its secrecy and the tech giant likely tries to keep as much information about new products and services from the public eye as possible ahead of their debuts.

Moorhead said the new phone could come at a lower price point than the jumbo phones that Apple has released over the past year, and appeal to consumers who are ready for a new device but don’t want to upgrade to a larger phone. A four-inch screen iPhone that looks similar to the iPhone 5s on the outside but boasts improvements under the hood is expected to get the spotlight at the event, along with an iPad with a screen measuring slightly less than 10 inches diagonally. The main difference between the two iPad Pro models would be their size.
