Apple Confirms March 21 Launch Event

Apple has been known to innovate their offerings over time, and the company is now all set to hold a new Apple Event. Here is a look at what to expect from the iPhone se release date and what iPhone se features Apple may pack inside the 4-inch iPhone for 2016.

The March 21 event is expected to revolve around the introduction of a smaller iPhone, created to jump start the company’s somewhat lagging smartphone sales.

The new smaller iPad Pro and iPad Air are also likely to be announced at the event. A 9.7-inch device that could feature the same hardware as the iPad Pro is possible, according to speculation online.

MyDrivers.com has claimed the iPhone SE will feature the same screen size found on the iPhone 5S and that’s been backed-up by 9to5Mac reports. The smaller iPhone’s is also expected to appeal to those who never bought into the larger screens of the smartphones the company has launched over the past two years. Reporters may try to get a few questions answered, but we believe Apple will stick to the product launch and related questions only.

Now, to be fair, 3D-touch enabled devices are already out there in the tens of millions and once the iPhone 7 drops and the iPhone 6s/6s Plus waterfall to lower price points, 3D Touch-capable phones will be more than ubiquitous. Some leaks have also pointed towards several designs for the 5Se, though, the majority of the analysts are quite confident that we won’t see the Force Touch feature in it – originally unveiled along with the iPhone 6S. It is speculated to come with internal specs of 12.9-inch iPad Pro.

Finally, there is the Apple Watch.

Apple has partnered with IBM on iPad applications for use on the job, and Microsoft has tailored versions of its productivity software for the tablet.

Rumors are buzzing of a phone possibly called “iPhone SE”.

At the dedicated webpage for the event on Apple’s official website, it is stated that the keynote can be watched live on March 21 at 10:00 a.m.
