Apple doubles base storage options for some iPads and iPhone 6S
There’s now just one iPad mini 2 version for sale, and only two iPad mini 4 options (before there were three).

Both the iPad Mini 5 and the iPad Air 3 have been plagued with cancellation talks. This has led to the very rumor that the next iPad Mini has already been dubbed as the iPad Pro Mini. This time around, along with the iPhone 7, it is widely believed that the iPad Mini 5 will be unveiled.
With the expansion and new features, the industry follower surmises that this may spell the discontinuation of the iPad Mini lineup. Speculations suggest an early 2017 outing for the new lineup. This is expected to see a boost in the upcoming device’s performance and graphics.
With these adjustments, will you be grabbing yourself a new iPad? In addition, it is speculated to be equipped with an 8-megapixel (MP) rear camera and a 1.2MP front-facing snapper. Among the changes, Apple has bumped the storage tiers up to 32, 128 and 256 GB, which is obviously fantastic news. Although the smaller tablet series is more portable, it exchanges its small frame for step-down specs.
The updated iPad pricing is available immediately through the online Apple store and the company’s retail stores. It might also come with the 3D Touch feature that is akin to the iPhone 6S in which users can draw gestures with the aid of their fingers.

Apple may not have mentioned iPads at all during its event today, but that doesn’t mean nothing’s new with the company’s tablets.
