A smaller, lighter version of the iPad Pro was also announced. The Pro’s display is the brightest of any tablet on the market, Apple said, and has 25 percent greater colour saturation than the iPad Air 2.

Apple also announced the new iPad Pro which is a smaller 9.7-inch version of the original iPad pro launched past year. The company had been heavily rumored to come out with some of the hottest updates and upgrades to their existing devices, and the company has now released the iPad Pro 9.7 as well as the iPhone SE. Inside it’s got Apple’s newest A9X 64 bit chip, four speaker audio output (that’s twice the output of the iPad Air ) and an M9 sensor for motion calibration.

The smaller, new iPad starts at $899 for the 32GB model, $1049 for the 128GB and $1399 for the largest 256GB. Orders for both the iPhone SE and the new iPad Pro begin Thursday, March 24 and they’ll be available on March 31st. This device will cost $399 for the 16GB model, with the more generous 64GB model coming in at $499.
