Although it hasn’t confirmed the details, Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 7 at the San Francisco launch.
“See you on the 7th” are the only words in the invite sent to a select group of tech and media outlets. Recent reports said that Apple will launch an Apple Watch 2 this fall, without specifying how many different models each watch family will have. The body is expected to be aluminum, same with the current iPhone 6 family. They are the highlight of the company’s year; as well as showing off the new iPhone, it often uses the attention to launch other products. Reports indicate that the Apple iPhone 7 will be up for pre-orders on September 9 and may be available in stores on September 16.
It also features a number of translucent coloured bubbles, which may relate to the rumour that Apple is planning to introduce new coloured handsets.
Apart from this, another change that is nearly confirmed is the redesigned antenna bands on the iPhone 7. And in July, the usually reliable leaker Evan Blass, who shares inside information about upcoming smartphones on his Twitter account, said Apple’s new iPhones will likely hit stores on September 16. After all, most of us already have at least one pair of regular wired headphones that will no longer work on a device that doesn’t have the audio jack, right? People have reacted, saying that it will not be very user-friendly. There has been a furore over the past year about rumours of Apple possibly removing the headphone jack from its next flagship phone. Note that the gallery at the top of the page is NOT of Apple’s own cases, but cases from independent retailer Spigen, which you can view and purchase HERE.

Overall, Apple’s iPhone sales in 2016 haven’t been as strong as they were previous year, and that’s anxious many investors who know that the majority of Apple’s money comes from iPhone sales.
