A new report claims it has knowledge of the iPhone 6S pre-order date.

Previous rumours have pointed towards that 18 September date also, so it now seems highly likely Apple is going with that day for release.
When Apple upped the screen sizes past year , it did not offer an update to the iPhone 5c.
Apple will release the next major version of their mobile OS with their new iPhones, iOS 9, this is expected to be released for existing devices before the new models go on sale on the 18th of September.
The iPhone 7 (or 6s) is expected to look very similar to the iPhone 6, and come in the same 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch size variants.
And lastly the report noted that the anticipated iPhone 6C will keep its 4-inch display but be powered by an A8 processor instead of the A6, with a near field communication (NFC) function that enables smartphones to establish radio communication with each other.
Apple’s next aluminum iPhones may find themselves with a plastic sidekick.
However, in May tech news site BGR suggested that the “4-inch iPhone 6C is closer to becoming a reality than we thought” and said that Apple was “starting to place component orders for the device”.
Speculations about the pink colored device is now restricted to the Internet and those who believe that it will be featured in the upcoming iPhone lineup stated that the last time Apple brought out phones with the “S” moniker, they had a new gold color. This might still turn out correct, but China Times says that Apple would ship the iPhone 6C in November.

In the unlikely event that Apple does release the iPhone 7 in September, prices of around £600 aren’t totally out of the question. The report further adds that iPhone 6s preorders will open up on Friday, September 11 to soon be followed by a worldwide launch seven days later on September 18.
