Apple iOS 11.3 brings four new Animojis for iPhone X
The Health Records section of the app debuted in January with the iOS 11.3 beta, and today’s update makes it available to everyone who updates their phone to the latest version.

The feature is included in iOS 11.3, released on Thursday. The feature will include battery health, battery degradation, and performance analysis of battery.
The new feature only applies to the iPhone 7 / 7 Plus, SE, 6S / 6S Plus, 6 / 6 Plus as of now.
Deleting an Apple account will take seven days under the new system. Chief among them is the previously-mentioned device performance throttling toggle located under the new “Battery Health” settings page. Apple has also linked a webpage explaining the physics behind ageing batteries. This may be because newer smartphones are generally expected to still have good battery performances. It will tell you if the battery needs to be replaced.
Apple said its user interaction engineers worked to ensure that this was not as much of a nuisance as European Union legislation on cookies turned out to be.
The release also comes at a particularly hard moment for Facebook, which is now grappling with a mounting controversy over how it’s handled users’ personal data. This also means you won’t be able stereo pairing or multi-room playback through your Apple HomePod. To access the update, go to Settings – General – Software Update. Previously, you could only use horizontal surfaces for placing AR objects.
Apple says the big news is the addition of new computer vision technologies in ARKit that now allow AR applications to find and use two-dimensional planes like floors, walls, and tabletops as surfaces to augment.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I will give this update a 10 in terms of recommendation.
This feature is specific to iPhone X users. The two most important pre-requisties are these: more than 50% battery life on your device before installing and a WiFi network for downloading the update.
Aside from that, iOS 11.3 includes four new Animoji for the iPhone X: a lion, bear, dragon, and skull. The feature had been present throughout the entire beta program for iOS 11.3. The Animojis still function the same as before, mapping your facial muscles to the animated characters and making them interact.
Irish data protection commissioner Helen Dixon has warned tech giants she will use the full extent of the new law.
One of the major fallouts from Facebook’s Cambridge Analytica scandal is that everyone is now suddenly aware of just how much data Facebook and similar apps and sites collect about you. If you look up a business in Maps or Safari, you may see a Messages icon to start chatting.
Like Facebook Messenger, iMessage is gaining the capability to let users talk with businesses.
It should make it easy to have a conversation with customer support.
This feature is more relevant to the US market users. The idea is that you can access all of your health information – like medication lists and lab test results – securely, right from your phone.
