In the UK, Apple said the iPhone 7 will be available from a starting price of £599 for the cheapest 32GB option.
Singtel was the first to announce its prices for the two new models of Apple phones launched this week. Storage variants are likewise among the interesting rumors about the device. He says Apple is “baking that into the price” with its phone prices in Canada. But U.K. customers could be in for a shock if they were holding off on purchasing goods in the hope of a reduction.
The larger iPhone 7 Plus will be even more of a wallet buster than it’s smaller sibling.
If you want to get your hands on the new iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus, then you may be dismayed to know the product will cost you more than previous models – all because of Brexit. The current iteration of the iPad Mini came out in September 2015, and since a new version wasn’t introduced this year, PC Advisor speculates that the new device could be launched in March 2017. That used to retail for £349 with 16GB of storage. The 6s Plus will run you $1079 for 32GB or $1229 for 128GB.
Compare this to the soaring heights of October 2015, when the iPhone 6S was released. There are reports which suggest that the next gen iPad will get released alongside Macbook Pro 2016 later this year. But the company is ramping up the upgrades for the iPad Pro 2 to corner that market, according to the latest news and rumors.
The Apple Pencil, a stylus accessory for the iPad, is now £99 (previously £79). It also saw a $20 increase in the United States, costing from $769. “These factors vary from region to region and over time, such that global prices are not always comparable to USA suggested retail prices”.
The issue being seen by shoppers in the United Kingdom is caused by the fall of the pound against the USA dollar after the Brexit referendum. Apple does its accounting in dollars, so may have been forced to put up its prices to compensate for this.

Stereo speakers are the other addition, although there’s no give without take – gone is the 3.5mm headphone port, with Apple instead favouring its own proprietary solution.
